What TPLF bandits and the rest should know to snap out of their delusion to see A NEW DAY

Lately listening what TPLF bandits say shows; there is a complete communication breakdown between the people of Ethiopia and the ruling bandits.  Watching the four bandits led by the infamous Berket Simon on EBC TV to tell us there is a functioning government not to mention a legitimate one was hilarious beyond belief again to reinforce that reality. Just because the bandits showed up on propaganda videos as their assassins are in killing spree of Ethiopians makes you wonder whether TPLF members are delusional, insane or simply desperate not to surrender power.

One credit Ethiopians shouldn’t deprive the self-proclaimed TPLF bandits is; they never denied they are bandits ever since they ‘invade’ and ‘occupied’ the country in the name of Federalism but, believe there is nothing wrong with it. Therefore, the problem isn’t so much they disagree with Ethiopians but, they wholeheartedly believe banditry is a good and the right thing to do as we are witnessing.

It sounds juvenile to explain ‘grown ups’ the basics of right-and-wrong about banditry. But, if you listen attentively what the ‘intellectuals’ that authored the script of TPLF banditry, you can see clearly they are wired to believe their own fibs and willing to ‘kill’ for it. That is the crooks of the matter that divide Woyane bandits from the rest of Ethiopians.  Don’t get it wrong. There are other ‘intellectuals’ that believe the same but practice it in their own creepy ways.

In the art of modern communication unverifiable facts are irrelevant. Only faith in the divine expressed by the scriptures is exempt.  Therefore, unless Woyane claims it is a religion instead of political entity with ideology it pretend to be and as many Ethiopians mistakenly assume, the reality it is a cult by its deeds expressed by its intellectual followers is real. As the result, communication breakdown to speak the same language about right-and wrong not possible.

For instant, Woyane bandits believe; robbing, extorting and killing the people of Ethiopia and the nation is development, investment and security and say it in public without blinking an eye as if it is the three Commandments. In contrast, Ethiopians rightly believe; robbing the people, extorting the nation and terrorizing the population is crimes of corruption, racketeering and terrorism respectively.  Coupled with the long TPLF held belief; Amharas, they invented are ‘the devils’ explains it is a cult than a political entity.

Take the late cult leader and former Prime ‘Messiah’ Melse Zenawi that ‘brought his people’ to the ‘Promised Land’ but, vilified by most Ethiopians as a conniving mercenary that brought misery and shame to the people and the nation.   Let’s face it, if almost all TPLF elites believe the ‘scripture’ written by the Messiah for the last four decades as we are witnessing; what else but a cult can deliver such collective insanity in the middle of its mass atrocities?

Remember, it is not the common person but highly educated intellectuals in the most prestigious Western institutions that believe and dedicate themselves to make the late ‘Messiah’ Melse not only a historical figure but, legitimize banditry the right way of conducting business.  Delusion at that level of human intellect engrained in the mind-and-soul is what brought about the collective amnesia that swept Woyanes and explains why they are out of touch with the reality. Short of calling them complete airheads contrary to the conventional wisdom, there is no other explanations than to say they are cult followers.

Reluctant withdrawal from the TPLF cult by few we hear from time-to-time is a good sign in the right direction but, won’t explain their motives nor their persistent double talk to preserve the cult at the same time. Some snap out of their illusion only to say; Woyane is not a cult but, a political entity with problems like any others that can be fixed. Knowing its long rap sheet of delinquencies since its inception and short of calling it an illicit organization need scraping — buying time to preserve it seems the game. Others are simply psychologically gratified by symbols showing their trophy of banditry they believe worth their crimes.  The savvier Woyane bandits seem to keep low profile to rip the highest benefits of what the cult offers without alarming Ethiopians.

Keep in mind, the rigidity of the cult with punishment up to death for leaving it and with blind followers and missionaries (assassins) unlike a political party with members that share same ideology as we are led to believe is not helping. In that regard, no one on record ever argued; there exist a political ideology to make TPLF a political entity but commandment/manifesto to make it a cult.  Therefore, given the behavior of its members at this critical time; accepting Woyane as a cult goes a long way to understand where it is coming from and how Ethiopians should deal with it.
Take the recently reviled news 1000s of Woyane missioners (spies) that sought false political asylum around the world as Eritrean refugees – conforming; Eritrean ‘refugees’ in Ethiopia confined in six camps all in ‘Tigray Region’ are used to send TPLF missioners (spies) to preach/disrupt Ethiopians in the Diaspora that oppose the cult.   The revelation coincides with the high number of refugees out of Eritrea TPLF propagate as one prove to impose sanction and regime change in Eritrea is a work of the law profile-high ranking cult members. It is becoming clear, the UN refugee resettlement program for Eritrean refugees from Ethiopia consist of TPLF spies, some say most of the refugees are not Eritreans as the investigation continue to implicate many.

What kind of a minority political party in the name of ‘Federal’ Ethiopia but a cult would do such a thing and expect to be taken as the government of Ethiopia itself answers the big question of what Woyane is all about. Worst yet, the silence of the intellectuals busy distracting and dividing Ethiopians to preserve the cult speaks for itself.

Though committing ‘crime’ in the name of a cult doesn’t mean much for a Woyane believers, the implication of such high level spy smuggling operation against multilateral organizations like UN and Western governments that fund it as well as laws governing immigration in countries of resettlement is huge. It opens a can of warm that will implicate every diplomat from as high as Ambassadors and as low as cadres in the Diaspora that facilitate human-spy smuggling rings if handled properly.
The Eritrean government that was implicated as the ‘source of the largest numbers of refugees’ as quoted by TPLF led regime in Addis Ababa and by Western government officials as well as members of the UN Security Council as evidence to sanction and isolate Eritrea would undoubtedly will raises more investigations to get to the bottom of TPLF spies settling as Eritrean refugees around the world.

But, most importantly; Ethiopians in the Diaspora that are the target of TPLF spies in every sector of the community including churches, mosques and Medias can do many things to end TPLF spy smuggling operations.

For example, every ‘Ethiopian from Tigray’ that claim to be refugee must be evaluated if he or she came as Eritrean refugee, particularly through the six refugee camps in the ‘Tigray Region’.  Though there are evidences — high level TPLF intelligent agents are part of resettlement plot to come as Eritrean refuges from Addis Ababa and Mekele to infiltrate Ethiopians in the Diaspora, the vast majority are believed to come from Tigray Region where all refugee camps are located to be processed by UNHCR officials assigned at the site, according to the source.

In that regard, the infamous mouthpiece of TPLF and owner of EthiopiaFirst Binyam Kebed in a staged propaganda video piece last year showed; refugee camps that appeared more like fronts for TPLF spy operations.

Moreover, Ethiopians in Diaspora can play a major role to get to the bottom of TPLF spies posed as Eritrean refugees in the countries of settlements out diplomatic missions. It is important to keep in mind, most of the spies are in major cities where Ethiopians in the Diaspora reside and known by TPLF ‘diplomatic’ stuff. Some of the things Ethiopian in Diaspora can do are;

An official request to governments, immigration and law enforcement agencies of a concerned countries for complete reevaluation of all Eritrean refugees that came out of Ethiopia, particularly through the six refugee camps in Tigray Region would identify TPLF spies.

Investigation of TPLF representatives in Diaspora in every city to revile the status of individuals that came posed as Eritrean refugee would expose TPLF agents.
Notifying concerned international organizations on refugee issue including the UN Security and Human Right Council, and UNHCR to call for independent investigations on the regime in Addis Ababa, its diplomatic missions and the UNHCR’ personnel responsible for the resettlement of Eritrean and Somali refugees’ from Ethiopia would expose the crimes and corruptions of the responsible parties.

Calling on concerned governments and law enforcement agencies to investigate Ethiopian diplomats (former and present) to identify TPLF spies posed as Eritrean Refugees in-and-out of Ethiopian missions and operating illicit businesses would implicate the criminals.

Such concerted effort can help clean up some of the mess TPLF created in the Diaspora and identify TPLF agents responsible for the crimes as well as TPLF led Federal Immigration authorities and goes a long way to help end Woyanes’ crimes.
As the reaction to and support for the ongoing Ethiopian revolution to end TPLF rule at home and abroad intensify, the enormity of the accumulated crimes TPLF bandits perpetuated on the people of Ethiopia little known for an average person will implicate many around the world. But, it requires diligent documentation of the responsible persons, notification of the proper authorities, organizations and Medias, filing charges in the appropriate jurisdictions and legal venue and, most importantly; informing the people of Ethiopia what was done in their name and who is responsible.
As every political,   civic, religious and advocacy group and Media continue to raise the voices of the people of Ethiopia and challenge the rogue ruling regime/cult to surrender power, it is important to remember, the struggle is about the rights and liberties and the welfare of the people of Ethiopia not for the political parties or interest groups’ of one kind or another agenda as we are witnessing when many interest groups scramble to position themselves for other than the interest of the people of Ethiopia.

At the meantime, failing to challenge the core foundation of the rogue TPLF led regime/cult and its operatives/missionaries around the world had had profound and lasting impact on the people of Ethiopia for the last 26 years.    In that regard, clandestine organizations and Medias with little or no transparent mission made it possible for the rogue regime/cult to do more damage than otherwise.

Whether dismantling TPLF spy networks or economic racketeering ring and social chaos and confusion it brought or instituting democratic rule of behalf of Ethiopians demands principled stand on democracy and the rule of law; not loyalty to any individual[s] or organization[s] and interest group[s] as we continue to witness with many old-and-new parties, organizations and Medias little known to the people.
TPLF bandits already charged, convicted and sentenced themselves in public. What is left is surrender power. But, to fall for TPLF ‘hyenas’ or any others running loss to tell us once again; Ethiopians hate each other more than we hate hyenas that want us for dinner one-at-a-time is simply a pipedream concocted by our enemies.

At the meantime, just because TPLF bandits are hyenas in the dark doesn’t necessary mean there are no foxes, vultures… in daylight wanting to have Ethiopians for lunch either? Without conviction to the cause of our people’s democratic rights and liberties to separates the hyenas, the foxes or the vultures; we won’t do justice to our people’s struggle for freedom and democracy.After all, isn’t the ONLY question; TO-BE-OR-NOT-TO-BE for the rights and liberties of the people?

Our people are watching and waiting to know who-is-who and for what.
The article is dedicated to all Ethiopians at home and around the world that stood their ground TO-BE for the rights and liberties of our people nothing else and it shows. Anything else was, is, should and will be irrelevant as TPLF cult.

WARNING: TPLF cult members can’t get out of the jam singing propaganda and killing the innocent. Hiding or running from the reality of who they are isn’t going to help either. As saying goes; a man have to face his demon sooner than later and the time is now.

በዚህ አጋጣሚ በኦሮሚያ፥በአማራ በቂሊንጦ ወህኒ ቤት የሞቱት፥ ሰሞኑን በደምቢ ዶሎ ልጇ የተገደለባት እናት ታሪክ ዘግናኝና የሚያስቆጭ ነው።ለሁሉም የተሰማንን ጥልቅ ሀዘን እንገልጻለን። ግድያውም አሁኑኑ እንዲቆም፥ወታደሩ ወደ ካምፑ እንዲመለስ፤ ማንም የጸጥታ አካል በህዝብ ላይ እንዳይተኩስ እናሳስባለን።በዚህ በ21ኛው ክ/ዘመን እያንዳንዷ ሂደት በማስረጃ ስለተያዘች ነገ በሀገር ውስጥም በዓለም አቀፍ ህግም ስለሚያስጠይቅ ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ያስፈልጋል።ይህን የፈፀመ ያስፈፀመ ነገ ከተጠያቂነት አይድንም።

ባለፈው ለሀገራችን መፍትሄ የሚሆኑ 7 ነጥቦች ያወጣንበት ጽሁፍ በ ethiopiariseandshine.comይገኛል።ይህ መልእክት ከተቃውሞ ጋር በተያያዘ የታሰሩ እንዲሁም ከዚህ ቀደም የተፈረደባቸው የፖለቲካ ፓርቲ መሪዎችና ጋዜጠኞች ለሰላምና መግባባት ሲባል ይፈቱ፥ በህዝብ ላይ የተኮሱ ለፍርድ ይቅረቡ የሚለውና ሌሎችም ሃሳቦች ያሉበት ነው።

በሥራና በጸሎት
ይቻላል ምን ተስኖት!
ኢትዮጵያ ልማት ያስፈልጋታል።የተጀመሩ መልካም የሚባሉ ጅማሮዎች አሉ።ልማቱ እንዲቀጥል ግን ሰላም ያስፈልጋል።ያለ ሰላም ሰሞኑን እንዳየነው ልማት ይደናቀፋል።ሰላም ደግሞ የሚመጣው ፍትህ ሲኖር ነው።ፍትህ ከሌለ ዘላቂ ሰላም ብንፈልገውም በቀላሉ ማግኘት አይቻልም። ሀገር ሰላም የሚሆነው የህዝብ መብት ሲከበር ብቻ ነው፤ሰብዓዊ መብት ካልተከበረ መረጋጋት አይታሰብም።

ለዚህ ደግሞ ህዝብ የመፍትሔው አካል እንዲሆን መደረግ አለበት፤ህዝብ ሲባል ሰልፍ የወጡትና ዳያስፖራ ያሉ ኢትዮጵያውያን ተቃዋሚዎች፤ወጣቱም ጭምር እንጂ የመንግስት ደጋፊዎች ብቻ መሆን የለባቸውም።የተቃዋሚዎች ድምጽ በሀገሪቷ የመንግስት ሚዲያ መተላለፍ አለበት። በህዝቡ ቀረጥ የሚተዳደር ሚዲያ እስከሆነ በሀገር ውስጥም በዳያስፖራ ያሉትን የተቃዋሚን ድምጽ መስማት ነበረብን።እስካሁን ለዛ አልታደልንም። የኢትዮጵያ ዋና ገቢ ከዳያስፖራ በሚላከው ነው፤እነሱም ይደመጡ፤ "አክራሪ ፅንፈኛ" ብሎ ሁሉንም ማውገዝ፥መድረክ መከልከል፥እንደ ወንጀለኛ ማየት አግባብ አይደለም።እስካሁን ከሀገር ውስጥም ከውጭም የተቃዋሚ ድምጽ በመንግስት ሚዲያ አልተላለፈም።እንደዚያ ቢደረግ ለመፍትሔው ቅርብ እንሆናለን። የመንግስት ሚዲያ ማንኛውንም ኢትዮጵያዊ እኩል ማስተናገድ አለበት እንጂ ለአንድ ፓርቲ ብቻ ማድላት የለበትም።ህዝብ እንደተደመጠ ካወቀ ሊታገስ ይችላል። ያኔ መተማመን ይዳብራል እንጂ አሁን በህዝብና በመንግስት መካከል መተማመን እየጠፋ ነው።ዲሞክራሲ የሁሉንም ሃሳብ ማክበር ማለት ነው፤ከዚያ ህዝቡ በነፃ ምርጫ ይወስናል።"አንተ ጠባብ፥አንተ ትምክህተኛ፥አንተ አናሳ፥አንተ ደጋፊ፥አንተ ተቃዋሚ " ብሎ አንዱ አንዱን ማግለል መፍትሔ አይሆንም። ከዘር ጥላቻና ከወንጀል ነጻ እስከሆነ ድረስ ሁሉም ለሀገሩ ጠቃሚ ያለውን የመናገር መብት ይኑረው። "አንተ እንደዚህ ነህ" ብሎ አንድን ንጹህ ኢትዮጵያዊ በአስተሳሰቡ ብቻ ማግለልና ስም ማጥፋት አይገባም። አንዱ የብሔር አስተሳሰብ አቀንቃኝ፥ሌላው ደግሞ የብሔራዊ(አገራዊ) አስተሳሰብ ያለው ይሆናል፤በሁለቱ ቃላት መሃል ያለው ልዩነት ዊ የምትለው ፊደል ብቻ ናት።እርግጥ ጥልቅ ክርክሮች በነዚህ ሁለት አስተሳሰቦች ይካሄዳል፤ግን ለመገዳደልና ለመጠላላት በፍጹም ሊያበቃ አይገባም።

በዚህ አጋጣሚ ለማሳሰብ የምንወደው ባለፈው "7 የመፍትሔ ሃሳቦች" መልእክታችን እንዳስተላለፍነው ዘርን መሰረት ያደረገ የጥላቻ ንግግርና ጥቃቶች ባስቸኳይ መቆም አለበት። ይህ ለወደፊት አብሮ መኖር አይበጅምና።በማህበራዊ ሚዲያ የሚካሄደው የዘር ጥላቻና የጥቃት ዛቻ የኢትዮጵያን ህዝብ አይመጥነውምና በአስቸኳይ መቆም አለበት። ሌላውን መጥላት መርዝ ጠጥተን የጠላነው ሰው እንዲሞት ማሰብ ነው። በ21ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን ጥላቻ ጊዜው አልፎበታል።እንኳን እንደ ሀገራችን ሃይማኖትና ባህል ያለው ህዝብ ቀርቶ ዛሬ በሳይንሳዊ መንገድ ጥላቻ ራስን ከመግደል ያለፈ ጥቅም እንደሌለው ተረጋግጧል። መቃወም አንድ ነገር ነው፥ ጥላቻ በፍጹም ሌላ ጉዳይ ነው። በሰማያዊውም በሳይንሳዊውም በሁለቱም የተወገዘ ነው።። እርግጥ ሰው ሲማረር ብዙ ያስባል፥ይሁንና በጥላቻ ከመሸነፍ በሰብአዊነት አሸናፊ መሆን የተሻለ ነው። መንግስት እንደሚለው የህዝቡ ችግር መልካም አስተዳደርና ሙስና ብቻ ሳይሆን የሰብአዊ መብት፤የዲሞክራሲና የመንግስት ስልጣን ጥያቄ ነው።አሁን ቁጣው ገንፍሏል፤ብዙ ደም ፈሷል፤ነገሩ ተወሳስቧል። ነገሮችን አቅልሎ ማየት ለከፋ ችግር ሀገሪቷን ማጋለጥ ይሆናል።

የመረረው ህዝብ ከቁጥጥር ውጭ ከመሆኑ በፊት (እስካሁን ካልሆነ) ዛሬውኑ፤አሁኑኑ ይታሰብበት፤በሀገርም በውጭም ካሉ ተቃዋሚዎችና የፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች ጋር ውይይት ይጀመር፤ፓርቲዎች ያለ ተፅዕኖ ይንቀሳቀሱ፤ሚዲያው ነፃ ይሁን፤ተቃዋሚዎች በምክር ቤት እንዳይሳተፉ አንቆ የያዘው የምርጫ ህግ ይለወጥ።ከዚያም በተቃዋሚም በዓለም አቀፍ ህብረተሰብም ተቀባይነት ያለው ሀገራዊ ነጻ ምርጫ ይካሄድ። ያሸነፈውም ስልጣን ይረከብና ሀገሪቱን ይምራ፤እነዚህ ጥያቄዎች ህገ መንግስታዊ ከመሆናቸውም በላይ ዛሬ በዚህ ሰላማዊ መንገድ መሄድ ካልተቻለ የህዝቡ ቁጣ ከቁጥጥር ውጭ ሆኖ ነገ ይህ የውይይት በር ላይኖር ይችላል። 

አንዳንድ ወገኖች "ብሄራዊ ውይይትና ነጻ ምርጫ የሚለው ሃሳብ አይሰራም ምክንያቱም መንግስት አይቀበለውም፤ስለዚህ በአመጽ ማስወገድ ብቻ ነው" ይላሉ። እንግዲህ እኛ እንደ ሰላም መልእክተኞች ሁሉም ወገን ድምጹ የሚሰማበት፥ ምርጫ ተካሂዶ በሰላማዊ መንገድ መፍትሔ እንዲያገኝ እስከ መጨረሻ እንወተውታለን። ህዝቡ ያላቋረጠ ግፊት ካደረገ መንግስት ለውጥ ለማድረግ እንደሚገደድ እናምናለን፤ስለዚህ ህዝቡ በመንግስት ላይ ሰላማዊ ግፊቱንና ተፅእኖውን ማጠናከር አለበት። 

"ሰላማዊ እንቅስቃሴ የሚከለክሉ የአመጽ እንቅስቃሴን አይቀሬ ያደርጉታል" ብለዋል ፕሬዝደንት ኬኔዲ፤ቄስ ዴዝመንድ ቱቱ ደግሞ "ሰላም ከፈለክ ከጓደኛህ ጋር አትነጋገር፤ከተቃዋሚህ ጋር ነው መነጋገር ያለብህ"ብለው መክረውናል።
ሁላችንም ለሰላምና ፍትህ መስፈን የድርሻችንን እንወጣ።

"ኢትዮጵያ ተነሺ አብሪ አገልግሎት" ከሌሎች ወገኖች ጋር በመተባበር ድርሻችንን ለመወጣት እየሞከርን ነው።የሚመለከታቸውን በማነጋገር ላይ ነን።
የሃይማኖት አባቶች፥የሀገር ሽማግሌዎች፥ምሁራን፥በውጭ የሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያውያን እና ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን፥የመገናኛ ብዙሃን፥የማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ተጠቃሚዎችና የሰብአዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች፥የዲፕሎማቲኩ ማህበረሰብ፥ሌሎቻችንም ለሀገራችን የሚጠቅም አቀራራቢ አሳቦችን መሰንዘርና ድምጻችንን ማሰማት፥የችግሩ ሳይሆን የመፍትሄው አካል መሆን ያለብን ጊዜው አሁን ነው፤11ኛው ሰአት ላይ ነንና!

በበርከታ የጎጃም ከተሞች የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ተፋፍሟል፤ ራሳቸውንም ከወያኔ አገዛዝ ነጻ አድርገዋል

 በቡሬ ከተማ ከሠላሳ ሺህ በላይ ዐማራ ለተጋድሎ ወጥቷል፤ የኦሮሚያ ኢንተ. ባንክን ሕዝቡ ጥበቃ አድርጎለታል
 በጅጋ የተጋድሎ ሰልፉ ሦስተኛ ቀኑን ይዟል
 ቋሪት ወረዳ ሙሉ በሙሉ በሕዝብ ቁጥጥር ሥር ሆኗል
 ማንኩሳ፣ ፍኖተ ሰላምና ጉንደወይን ሌሎች የዐማራ ተጋድሎ የተካሄደባቸው ከተሞች ናቸው
 በጎንደር ብዙ የዐማራ ልዩ ኃይል ፖሊስ አባሎች ከሥራ ታግደዋል
 በደብረ ታቦር የሥራ ማቆም አድማ ሊጀመር ነው
 በወልቃይት የአማርኛ ሙዚቃ አትሰሙም በሚል ግጭት ተፈጠረ

በሬ ዛሬ የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ከተካሔደባቸው ከተሞች ዋነኛዋ ናት፡፡ ከጠዋቱ ሦስት ሰአት አካባቢ የጀመረው የዐማራ ተጋድሎ እስከ ምሽት 12 ሰአት ድረስ ቆይቷል፡፡ የተጋድሎ ሰልፉ ማዶ በሚባለው የከተማው ክፍል የተጀመረ ሲሆን ከሰላሳ ሺህ በላይ የሚሆኑ የከተማዋ ነዋሪዎች ተጋድሏቸው ሲያሰሙ ውለዋል፡፡ ወልቃይት ዐማራ ነው፤ ኮ/ል ደመቀ እና የወልቃይት ጠገዴ የዐማራ ማንነት ጥያቄ አቅራቢ ኮሜቴዎች ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ ይፈቱ፤ መሬታችን ይመለስ፤ 25 ዓመት ታስረናል አሁን ግን በቃን፤ ዐማራነት ወንጅል አይደለም፣ ወያኔ ሌባ ነው፤ ብአዴን እኛን አይወክልም… የሚሉ መፈክሮች ገልተው ሲሰሙ ውለዋል፡፡ የወያኔ ደጋፊ የሆኑ ድርጅቶችና ግለሰቦች ንብረት ጉዳት ደርሶባቸዋል፡፡ ትንሳኤ ሆቴል (ባለቤቱ ዐማራ ሲያስገድል የኖረ ሕወሓት ነው)፣ ቀበሌ 01 ጽ/ቤት፣ አብቁተ፣ የዓባይና የንግድ ባንኮች መጠነኛ ጉዳት ደርሶባቸዋል፡፡ የኦሮሚያ ኢንተርናሽናል ባንክን ሊያወድሙ የሚፈልጉ ተላላኪዎችን ወጣቱ ዐማራ አክሽፎታል፡፡ ኦሮሞ ወገኖቻችን ላይ የሚደርሰው ግፍ መቆም አለበት ሲሉም የዐማራ ሕዝብ አጋርነቱን አሳይቷል፡፡

በሰው ሕይወት ላይ የደረሰ አደጋ መኖሩን በተመለከተ ላቀረብነው ጥያቄ የዐይን ምስክር ሲናገሩ ‹‹እኔ በዐይኔ አንድ ለእረፍት የመጣ የዩንቨርሲቲ ተማሪ አጋዚ ሲገድለው አይቻለሁ፤ ሦስት ዐማሮችም በጥይት ተመተው ሆስፒታል ገብተዋል፤ በሕይወት ስለመኖር አለመኖራቸው ያወቁት ነገር የለም›› ብለዋል አንድ እማኝ በስልክ እንዳረጋገጡልን፡፡ የአጋዚ ወታደሮች ያቆሰሏቸው ሰዎች ቁጥር ሊጨምር እንደሚችል መረጃዎች ያመለክታሉ፡፡ በቡሬ ከተማ መግቢያና መውጫ በሮች ሙሉ በሙሉ በወጣቱ ተዘግተዋል፡፡

ጅጋ፤

የጅጋ ዐማሮች ዛሬ ለሦስተኛ ቀን የዐማራ ተጋድሎ አድርገዋል፡፡ የጅጋ ከተማ ሕዝብ ከነሃሴ 18 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ በየቀኑ ወደ አደባባይ እየወጣ ተጋድሎውን እያደረገ ነው፡፡ በጅጋ እስካሁን አንዲት እህታችን ተሰውታለች፡፡ ከተማዋንና አጠቃላይ ወረዳውን ዐማሮች ራሳቸው የተቆጣጠሩ ሲሆን ዛሬ ላይ የሃይማኖት አባቶች ወጣቱን ለመሰብሰብ ሞክረው ነበር፡፡ የዐማራው ወጣትም ከእንግዲህ በኋላ የዐማራ የመኖር መብት ሳይረጋገጥ ተጋድሎው እንደማይቆም እንቅጩን በአንድ ድምጽ ተናግረው ስብሰባው ያለስምምነት መበተኑን ከቦታው በስልክ ያገኘነው መረጃ ያመለክታል፡፡ በጅጋ ለተከታታይ ሦስት ቀናት ምንም ዓይነት የንግድ እንቅስቃሴም የለም፡፡ ሁሉም ዐማራ የተጋድሎ ጥያቄውን እያስተጋባ ነው፡፡ በስልክ ያነጋገርናቸው ወጣቶች ‹‹ከእንግዲህ በኋላ ዐማራነት ወንጅል ሆኖ የምንኖርበት ምንም ምክንያት የለም፤ የአባቶቻችን የአርበኝነት ታሪክ በዚህ ትውልድ ይደገማል›› ሲሉ በጎበዝ አለቃዎች ጭምር መመራት መጀመራቸውን ተናግረዋል፡፡

ቋሪት፤

በቋት ወረዳ ገነት አቦ ከተማ ትናንት ነሃሴ 19 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. የተጀመረው የዐማራ ተጋድሎ አድማሱን አስፍቶ የወረዳዋ ከተማ ገበዘ ማርያምም በሕዝብ ቁጥጥር ሥር ሆናለች፡፡ ገነት አቦ ከተማ ትናንት ከቀኑ ከ9፡00 እስከ 12፡00 የነበረውን የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ለማደናቀፍ ከወረዳው የወያኔ ተላላኪዎች የተውጣጡ የፖሊስና የሚንሻ አባላት ወደ ገነት አቦ ተላኩ፡፡ የገነት አቦ ዐማሮችም በአንድ ድምጽ ‹‹በመጣችሁበት መኪና አሁኑ ተመለሱ፤ አይ ካላችሁ ሕይወታችሁን ጠልታችኋል ማለት ነው›› አላቸው፡፡ ከመኪና ሳይወርዱ ተመለሱ፡፡ የከተማዋ ነዋሪዎች ለዛሬ ጠዋት ቀጠሩ፡፡ በቃላቸው መሠረት ከጠዋቱ 12፡00 ጀምሮ የተጋድሎ ሰልፉ ተካሄደ፡፡ የገበዘ ማርያም ከተማ ዐማሮችም ተጨመሩ፡፡ የከተማ ፖሊሶች ዝም አሉ፡፡ ከዞን የመጣ ሁለት መኪና የፌደራል ፖሊስም የቋሪትን ዐማራ መጋፈጥ አልቻለም፡፡ የፌደራል ፖሊሶች ልብሳቸውን ቀይረው ተደብቀው ዋሉ፡፡ ነፍጠኛው ዐማራ ጥይቱን ሲቆላው ዋለ፡፡ ለዚህማ ቋሪትን ማን ብሎት፡፡ በቋሪት ነገም የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ይቀጥላል፡፡

ማንኩሳ፤

በማንኩሳ የተጀመረው የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ለሁለተኛ ቀን መቀጠሉን ሰምተናል፡፡ በማንኩሳ ትናንት የተካሔደው የዐማራ ተጋድሎ መጠነኛ ቢሆንም ዛሬ ግን ወደ አደባባይ ያልወጣ የከተመዋ ነዋሪ አልነበረም ነው የተባለው፡፡ በማንኩሳ ዝርዝር ጉዳዮችን በስልክ መቆራረጥ ምክንያት ማግኘት አልቻልንም፡፡

ፍኖተ ሰላም፤

በፍኖተ ሰላም ከተማ የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ዛሬም ቀጥሎ ውሏል፡፡ ትናንት የአንድ ዐማራ ወጣት ነፍስ ያጠፈው ቅጥረኛ ምንሻ ቤት መቃጠሉንም ሰምተናል፡፡ የፌደራልና የአጋዚ ጦር በፍኖተ ሰላም ከተማ ከመጠን በላይ መግባቱን ሰምተናል፡፡ ዛሬ ይህ ሪፖርት እስከተሠራበት ሰዐት ድረስ መንገዶች ሁሉ ዝግ መሆናቸውን ሰምተናል፡፡

ጉንደወይን፤

በእነሴዎች አገር ጉንደወይን ትናንት ነሃሴ 19 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ታላቅ የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ሰልፍ ተካሒዷል፡፡ የጎንቻ ሲሦ እነሴ ወረዳ ዐማሮች ትናንት ባካሔዱት ተጋድሎ የትግራይ የበላይነት ይብቃ፣ የማንነት ጥያቄያችን መልስ ይሰጥ፣ ዐማራነት ወንጀል አይደለም፣ የወንድሞቻችን ደም መፍሰስ መቆም አለበት… የሚሉ መፈክሮች መሰማታቸውን ዛሬ ከጉንደ ወይን ያገኘነው መረጃ ያመለክታል፡፡ በተያያዘም ነሃሴ 18 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. በብቸና አንድ የአገዛዙ መሣሪያ የሆነ ሰው ተገድሎ መገኘቱንም ሰምተናል፡፡
ደብረ ታቦር፤ በደብረ ታቦር ከተማ ከነሃሴ 22 ቀን ጀምሮ ለሦስት ቀን የሚቆይ የቤት ውስጥ አድማ እንደሚደረግ መርሃ ግብሩ ያሳያል፡፡ በከተማዋ የተለያዩ አካባቢዎች እንዳትወጡ የሚሉ ማስታዎቂያዎች ተለጥፈዋል፡፡ ይህን ተላልፎ በሚገኝ ሰው ላይም የዐማራውን ተጋድሎ እንደመተላለፍ ስለሚቆጠር ከህዝብ ጋር እንደተጣላ ይቆጠራል ተብሏል፡፡ የከተማ አስተዳደሩ ቅጥረኛ ካቢኒዎች ነጋዴዎችን ሱቆቻቸውን እንዳይዘጉ ያስጠነቀቀ ሲሆን የቤት ውስጥ ተጋድሎው አስተባባሪዎች ማንኛውንም ተቋም የሚከፍት ሰው ከወያኔዎቸ ጋር እንዳበረ ስለሚቆጠር የሚያስከፍለው ዋጋ የከፋ ነው ሲሉ መልእክት አስተላልፈዋል፡፡

ጎንደር፤

ጎንደር የቤት ውስጥ አድማው ለሦስተኛ ቀን ቀጥሏል፡፡ የቤት ውስጥ አድማው እስከ እሁድ ይደርሳል ተብሏል፡፡ ኮሎኔል ደመቀን የመውሰድ እቅዱ መክሸፉን የሰማን ሲሆን ትናንት ምዕራብ አርማጭሆ አብደራፊ አካባቢ አንድ ዐማራ የተሰዋ ሲሆን ሁለት የወያኔ ቅጥረኛ ፖሊሶች ዛሬ መገደላቸውን ሰምተናል፡፡

የጎንደር ከተማ ልዩ ኃይል ፖሊስ ምክትል አዛዥ መልካሙ የሽዋስ ጋርም ብዛት ያላቸው የፖሊስ አባላት በወያኔ ትእዛዝ መቀነሳቸውን ሰምተናል፡፡ የተቀነሱት የዐማራ ልዩ ኃይል ፖሊስ አባላት በሕዝብ ላይ ባለመተኮሳቸው ነው የተባለ ሲሆን ሁሉም የዐማራ ፖሊሶች በዐማራው ሕዝብ ላይ እንደማይተኩሱ ቃል ገብተዋል ሲሉ ምንጮቻችን ነግረውናል፡፡
አዲረመጥ፤ በወልቃይት ከተማ አዲረመጥ ትናንት ነሃሴ 19 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. የወልቃይት ዐማሮች የፋሲል ደመወዝን ‹‹ዐማራ ነኝ›› አዲስ ሙዚቃ ከፍተው ሲያዳምጡ የትግራይ ልዩ ኃይል ፖሊስ ‹‹አማርኛ ሙዚቃ ማዳመጥ አትችሉም›› በማለቱ በተፈጠረ ግጭት ከስድስት በላይ የሚሆኑ ፖሊሶች በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ቆስለው አምልጠዋል፡፡ አንድ የወልቃይት ዐማራ በጥይት የተመታ ሲሆን ለሕይወቱ አስጊ እንዳልሆነ ከቦታው ያገኘነው መረጃ ያመለክታል፡፡

አዲስ አበባ፤

40 የዐማራና ኦሮሞ ተወላጅ የጸረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን አቃቢ ሕግ ባለሙያዎች ከሥራ ተባረሩ፡፡ ከአዲስ አበባ የጸረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት ያገኘነው መረጃ እንደሚያመለክተው በሙስና ወንጀል የተዘፈቁ የትግራይ ተወላጆችን መዝገብ ክስ የያዙ 40 የዐማራና ኦሮሞ የአቃቢ ሕግ ባለሙያዎች ከሥራ ተባረዋል፡፡ የተባረሩት የአቃቢ ሕግ ባለሙያዎች በሥራቸው የተመሰከረላቸውና አንቱ የተባሉ የሕግ ባለሙያዎች ናቸው ተብሏል፡፡ ሆኖም የያዙት የሙስና ክስ መዝገብ የትግራይ ተወላጅ ሙሰኞችን በመሆኑ ሕወሓትን በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ያዳክማል በሚል የዐማራና የኦሮሞ የሕግ ባለሙያዎቹ ከሥራ ገበታቸው ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ ተባረዋል፡፡ ወያኔ ከዚህ በፊትም እንደ ዳኛ ግዛቸው ምትኩ ያሉ ጠንካራ የዐማራ የሕግ ባለሙያዎችን የማባረር ልምድ መኖሩን ያስታውሷል፡፡

ሕዝባዊ ተቃውሞው ኢኮኖሚውን እየጎዳው ነው!

“ጥብቅ እርምጃ እንወስዳለን” ህወሃት

በኢትዮጵያ የተለያዩ ቦታዎች የተነሳው ሕዝባዊ ተቃውሞ በአገሪቱ ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ከፍተኛ ተጽዕኖ እያደረሰ መሆኑ ተሰማ፡፡ የአመጹ ሒደትና ብርታት ያሳሰበው ህወሃት ከመግደል በላይ እንዴት እንደሚያጠብቀው ባያሳውቅም “ጥብቅ እርምጃ” መውሰድ እንደሚጀምር ተናገሯል፡

ህወሃት ለማመን ባይፈልግም ለአስር ወራት የዘለቀው የኦሮሞ ተቃውሞ በክልሉ የንግድና ሌሎች ተቋማት ላይ ከፍተኛ ተጽዕኖ አሳድሯል፡፡ ከክልሉ ወደሌሎች የሚደረገው የንግድ፣ የዕቃ፣ የገበያ፣ የሰው ኃይል፣ የገንዘብ፣ … ዝውውር በተቃውሞው ምክንያት በርካታ መስተጓጎሎች ደርሰውበታል፡፡ ከዚህም አልፎ አገሪቱ ለውጭ ንግድ በምታቀርበው ምርትና በምትሰበስበው ግብር ላይ የሚያስከትለውን ጫና ከክልሉ ስፋት አኳያ እጅግ ሰፊ እንደሚሆን ይገመታል፡፡

ከዚህ ጋር በተያያዘ በአማራው ክልል የተነሳው ተቃውሞ ችግሩን በይበልጥ እያባባሰው እንደሆነ ይነገራል፡፡ በተለይ የቤት ውስጥ አድማ በሚመታበት ጊዜ የዜጎች እንቅስቃሴ ይገታል፤ ንግድ ይቀዘቅዛል፣ በየዕለቱ ለመንግሥት የሚሰበሰበው ግብር (ቫት) ይቀንሳል፤ የንግድ ተቋማት ሽያጭና ትርፍ ይቀንሳል፤ በዚህ ምክንያት መንግሥት ከንግድ ተቋማት የሚሰበስበው የትርፍ ግብር ይቀንሳል፤ … እንዲህ እያለ ተጽዕኖው በራሱ እየተቀጣጠለ ሌሎች ችግሮችን በመውለድ ኢኮኖሚውን እስከ ማሽመድመድ ይደርሳል፡፡

ቡሬ ጎጃም

ነውጥ አልባ የትግል ስልት የሚከተለው የኦሮሞ ተቃውሞ በትግሉ መርኽ መሠረት ሰሞኑን በኢኮኖሚ ላይ ያነጣጠረ እርምጃዎችን እንደሚወስድ ይፋ አድርጓል፡፡ ጳጉሜን 1 ይጀመራል የተባለው እርምጃ በምን መልኩ እንደሚደረግ ዝርዝሩን እንደሚያሳውቁ አስተባባሪዎቹ ተናግረዋል፡፡ በየትኛውም መልኩ ይደረግ የኢኮኖሚ ተቃውሞ ሥርዓትን በማሽመድመድ ከፍተኛ ተጽዕኖ እንደሚያሳድር ይታወቃል፡፡ ከዚህ አንጻር በኢኮኖሚ ላይ ያነጣጠረው የኦሮሞ ተቃውሞ የህወሃትን ኮሮጆ አደጋ ላይ እንደሚጥለው ካሁኑ እየተገመተ ነው፡፡ ተጽዕኖው ደግሞ በአንድና በሁለት ሳምንታት ብቻ የሚቋጭ ሳይሆን የበርካታ ጊዜያት ተደራራቢ ውጤት ማስከተሉ የማይቀር ሐቅ እንደሆነ በሌሎች አገራት የተካሄዱት ተቃውሞዎች ምስክር ናቸው፡፡

በሙስና እና በዝርፊያ ለ25 ዓመታት ብቃቱን ያዳበረው ህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ በውጭ ንግድ (ኤክስፖርት) ከሚያገኘው የውጭ ምንዛሪ ይልቅ ዳያስፖራው ከሚልከው ዶላር የሚያገኘው እንደሚበልጥ የራሱ የገንዘብ መ/ቤት ይመሰክራል፡፡ ከ2003 ዓም በኋላ ባሉት አምስት ዓመታት የውጪ ንግዱን በእጥፍ አሳድጋለሁ ብሎ ቃል የገባው ህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ አሁንም ያኔ ከነበረበት የ3 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ገቢ አለመነቃነቁን አዲስ አድማስ ዘግቧል፡፡ ከዚህ ይልቅ ግን በዓመት ከዳያስፖራው የሚያገኘው የውጭ ምንዛሪ የዛሬ አራት ዓመት 2.5ቢሊዮን ዶላር የነበረው በአሁኑ ጊዜ በዓመት 4ቢሊዮን ዶላር መድረሱ አብሮ ተዘግቧል፡፡ ከዚህ አንጻር ቀጣዩ የኢኮኖሚ ተቃውሞ በዚህ ዙሪያ ያጠነጠነ ቢሆን የህወሃትን አከርካሪ በመምታትና ዕድሜውን ወደማሳጠር በቶሎ ይደረሳል በማለት አስተያየት ሰጪዎች ይናገራሉ፡፡

እንደ አዲስ አድማስ ዘገባ ከሆነ ከአራት አመት በፊት፣ የኢትዮጵያ ጠቅላላ የውጭ እዳ ወደ 9 ቢሊዮን ገደማ ሲሆን በአሁኑ ጊዜ የዕዳው ክምችት 20.6 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ደርሷል፡፡ ለዕዳ ክፍያ የውጭ ምንዛሬ የግድ አስፈላጊ በመሆኑ ዕቃ ከውጭ ለማስመጣት የሚሰጠውን የዱቤ ፍቃድ እንዲቀንስ በማድረግ ወይም ረጅም ጊዜ እንዲወስድ በማድረግ የራሱን አሉታዊ ተጽዕኖ በኢኮኖሚው ላይ ያሳድራል፡፡

ከዚህ ጋር በተያያዘ ባለፈው እሁድ በአዲስ አበባ የተጠራው ተቃውሞ ሰልፍ አገዛዙን ለከፍተኛ የገንዘብ ወጪ እንደዳረገው ተሰምቷል፡፡ ቁጥሩን ለማረጋገጥ ባይቻልም እስከ 30 እና 40ሺህ ፖሊስ፣ ወታደሮችንና የስለላ ሰዎችን ያሰማራው ህወሃት ለእነዚህ ሁሉ ከአምስት መቶ ብር ጀምሮ የውሎ አበል ከፍሏል፡፡ ይኽም እስከ 10ሚሊዮን ብር ለሚሆን ወጪ እንደዳረገው ስሌቱ ያሳያል፡፡ የአዲስ አበባው ሰልፍ በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች እንደታሰበው ባይሳካም በሥርዓቱ ላይ ጉዳት ከማስከተል አንጻር ዓላማው ግቡን እንደመታ ይነገራል፡፡

ተመሳሳይ የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ ይካሄዳል በሚል ፍርሃት ውስጥ የገባው ህወሃት አዲስ አበባ ላይ ከፍተኛ የቁጥጥር ሸክም መጫኑ ነዋሪዎች ይመሰክራሉ፡፡ በአማራ ክልል የተነሣው ብረት አከል ተቃውሞ ወደ አዲስ አበባ ይዛመታል በሚል ፍርሃቻ ሆቴሎች ቁጥጥሩ ጠብቆባቸዋል፡፡ የዞን 9 ጦማሪ የሆነው አጥናፍ ብርሃኔ በትዊተር በለቀቀው መልዕክት “ከአማራ ክልል ወደ አዲስ አበባ መጥቶ የሚያርፍ እንግዳ ካለ በ24 ሰአት ውስጥ ለፖሊስ እንዲያሳውቁ ትእዛዝ ለየሆቴሎቹ ተላልፏል” በማለት ትላንት መልዕክት አስተላልፎ ነበር፡፡

በየማኅበራዊ ድረገጹ ላይ አፍቃሪ ህወሃቶች አሠራሩ በቀድሞ አገዛዞችም ሲሠራበት የኖረና የተለመደ ነው ብለው ለማስተባበል ቢፈልጉም ሁኔታው ግን ከዚያ የተለየ ነው፡፡ በእርግጥ ሆቴሎች እንግዶቻቸውን ለፖሊስ ማሳወቅ የተለመደ አሠራር ነው የሚሉ አስተያየት ሰጪዎች  የአሁኑ ትዕዛዝ ግን ለየት ያለ እንደሆነ ይናገራሉ፡፡ በአገር ውስጥ የሚያሰጋ ነገር ሲከሰት ህወሃት ተመሳሳይ ትዕዛዝ ሲያስተላልፍ መቆየቱን የሚናገሩ ወገኖች ከዚህ በፊት በኦነግ ሰዎች ላይ ተመሳሳይ ፍርሃቻ በነበረበት ጊዜ ትዕዛዙ መተላለፉን ያስታውሳሉ፡፡ ከዚያም በሶማሌ ክልል ተመሳሳይ አለመረጋጋት በነበረበት ወቅት ከክልሉ የሚመጡ ተስተናጋጆችን ወዲያውኑ ሪፖርት እንዲያደርጉ መታዘዙን የሆቴል ባለቤቶች ይናገራሉ፡፡ ያሁኑ ደግሞ ከአማራው ክልል በሚመጡ ላይ መደረጉ በክልሉ የተነሳው ተቃውሞ በህወሃት ላይ ያስከተለውን ተጽዕኖ ያሳያል፡፡

በተያያዘ ዜና ለዘመናት የኦሮሞንና የአማራን ወገኖች በመከፋፈል እርስበርስ እንዲናቆሩ በሰፊው የሰራው ህወሃት የሁለቱ ጥምረት ኅልውናውን አደጋ ላይ መጣሉን የራሱ ሰዎች መናገራቸውን ባለፈውጎልጉል ዘግቦ ነበር፡፡ እነ አባይ ጸሃዬ ወደ አሜሪካ መጥተው ጥምረቱ ስጋት እንደሆነባቸው ለጌቶቻቸው አስረድተዋል፡፡ አሁንም ይህ ጥምረት ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየጨመረ መምጣቱ በሚደረጉት ሰልፎች እና በየማኅበራዊ ድረገጾች ላይ በሚጻፉት እየተንጸባረቀ ነው፡፡

በኦሮሚያ ከህጻናት እስከ አዛውንት በደም ኩሬ ሲጠምቅ የነበረው ህወሃት ሰሞኑን እየከረረ የመጣውን ተቃውሞ ለማክሸፍ “ጥብቅ እርምጃ” እወስዳለሁ ብሏል፡፡ ሲገድል፣ ሲረሽን፣ ሲያስር፣ ሲያሰቃይ፣ … ወዘተ የቆየው ህወሃት አሁን ከዚህ የተለየ ምን “ጥብቅ እርምጃ” እንደሚወስድ ግልጽ አላደረገም፡፡ ስቃይና ሞት በተለያየ መልኩ ሲፈጸምበት የኖረ ሕዝብ ከዚህ በላይ ምንም እንደማይመጣበት በማወቅ ትግሉን አጠናክሮ እንደሚቀጥል ከአስተባባሪዎችና ከአገር ቤት ከሚሰሙት ድምጾች ለመረዳት ይቻላል፡፡

በመለስ ሞት ፊታቸውን ያዞሩት ምዕራባውያኑ የህወሃት አንጋሾች ይህንን የህወሃት አካሄድ ካለመደገፍ ጀምሮ እስከ ጀርባ መስጠት እያደረሳቸው መሆኑን መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ፡፡

Members of the Ethiopian army patrol the streets of Addis Ababa in 2005.ኤፍ (ነሃሴ 14 ፥ 2008) የአዲስ አበባ ህዝባዊ እምቢተኝነት አስተባባሪ ኮሚቴ ለመጭው እሁድ የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ ጥሪ መግለጫ ማውጣቱን ተከትሎ በከተማይቱ የፍርሃትና የመረበሽ ድባብ መስፈኑን ከአዲስ አባባ የሚደርሱን መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ።

በአነስተኛና ጥቃቅን፣ በአንድ ለአምስት ጥርነፋ እና በከፍጠኛ የስለላ መረብ ውስጥ የሚገኘው የአዲስ አበባ ህዝብ ግን የቀድሞ ፍርሃት እንደማይታይበት መረጃዎቹ ይጠቁማሉ። ኢትዮጵያ ከጫፍ እስከ ጫፍ እየተቀጣጠለ ባለ ህዝባዊ እምቢተኝነት ውስጥ በመገኘትዋ አዲስ አበባም የዚህ ለውጥ ንቅናቄ አካል እንድትሆን ውስጥ ለውስጥ ከፍተኛ የማስተባበር ስራ እየተሰራ ነው። የሕምባዊ እምቢተኝነት አስተባባሪ ኮሚቴ ህዝቡ በአብዮት አደባባይ በነቂስ እንዲወጣ ጥሪ አቅርቧል። ምክንያቱም የአዲስ አበባው ህዝባዊ ንቅናቄ ለለውጡ ወሳኝ ስለሆነ።

በሌሎች የኢትዮጵያ ከተሞች በተነሳው ህዝባዊ ተቃውሞ ከ700 በላይ ወገኖቻችን መገደላቸው፣ በ10ሺዎች ደግሞ ለእስር እንግልትና መሰወር መዳረጋቸውን አስተባባሪ ኮሚቴው በመግለጫው አመልክቷል።

ትላንት ነሃሴ 13 እለት ቡሄ ነበር። ከቶውንም የቡሄ በአል ድባብ አልነበረውም። በአዲስ አበባ ከፍተኛ ውጥረት አለ። በተለይ በአንዋር መስጊድ አካባቢ ከፍተኛ ፍተሻ በመካሄድ ላይ እንደነበር መረጃዎች ጠቁመዋል። ካድሬዎች ቤት ለቤት እየዞሩ እንዲሁም በየመስሪያ ቤቱ ህዝቡን እየሰበሰቡ በእሁዱ ሰልፍ ላይ እንዳትገኙ በማለት እያስጠነቀቁ ይገኛሉ።

በሰሜን ጎንደር በርካታ ከተሞች ህዝባዊ እንቢተኝነቱ ወደ ጦርነት መሸጋገሩን ከስፍራው የሚደርሱን መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ።

የህወሃት ባለስልጣኖች እና ከፍተኛ የጦር መኮንኖች የኢትዮጵያን አንጡራ ሐብት በመዝረፍ ፣ ንብሮቶቻቸውን በመሸጥ እና በማሸሽ ላይ እንደሚገኙም ታማኝ ምንጮች ገልጸውልናል።

ሕዝባዊ አመጹ ያስከተለው የሃገሪቱ አለመረጋጋት በዚህ ከቀጠለ ባለስልጣኖቹ ሀገር ጥለው ለማምለጥ እቅድ መያዛቸው ተነግሯል።

ይህ በዚህ እንዳለ የዩናይትድ ስቴትስ መንግሥት በኢትዮጵያ የሚገኙ ዜጎቹ እንዲጠነቀቁ በትናንትናው እለት መግለጫ አውጥቷል። የዩናይትድ ስቴትስ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር በአንዳንድ የኢትዮጵያ ክልሎች መንግሥትን ላይ በሚካሄዱት ተቃውሞዎች ምክንያት አደጋ ሊኖር እንደሚችል በመግለጽ ዜጎቹን አስጠንቅቋል።

የስልክና የኢንተርነት አገልግሎት መቆራረጥ ምክንያት በኢትዮጵያ ያለው የአሜሪካ ኤምባሲ በሀገሪቱ ካሉት የአሜሪካ ዜጎች ጋር የሚያደርገውን ግንኙነት እንዳሰናከለበት መግለጫው ጠቅሷል።

የተቃውሞ ሰልፎቹ ካለፈው ዓመት ሕዳር ወር ጀምሮ በተለይም በኦሮሚያና በአማራ ክልሎች በመንግሥት የጸጥታ ኃይሎችና በተቃዋሚዎች መካከል ግጭት እንዳስከተሉ መግለጫው ጠቅሶ፤ ተቃውሞዎቹ ሊቀጥሉና ሊስፋፉ ይችላሉ የሚል ስጋት እንዳለ አስፍሯል። በዚህም ምክኒያት በኢትዮጵያ የሚገኙ የአሜሪካ ዜጎች ጥንቃቄ እንዲያደርጉ፣ ደህንነታቸውን እንዲጠብቁና የተቃውሞ ሰልፎችንና ሰዎች በብዛት የተሰባሰቡባቸው ቦታዎችን እንዲያስወግዱ አሳስቧል።

ፊዳ ቱምሳ

ዕንባ እየተናነቀኝ የዛሬዉ የኦሮሞ ትዉልድ እየከፈለ ያለዉን መስዋዕትነት ከእሱ ጋር ሆኜ ያለመካፈሌ እያንገበገበኝ ተከዝኩ፡፡ የነፃነት ቀን መቃረቡን ሣይ በአንድ በኩል እጅግ ተፅናናሁ፡፡ የነገዉን ነፃነት ሳያዩት ለመጪዉ ትዉልድ የተሰዉትን ጀግኖች በዓይኔ እየዳሰስኩ ኮራሁባቸዉ፡፡ የእነርሱ ደም የፈሰሰዉ በከንቱ እንዳልሆነ ስረዳ በእጅጉ ተፅናናሁ፡፡ በልጅነት ዕድሜአቸዉ ለዚህ ታላቅ መስዋዕትነት ራሳቸዉን መስጠታቸዉ ለትዉልድ መዘከር የሚገባዉ ታሪክ እንደሆነ ያለጥርጥር ከህሊናዬ ጋር ተስማማሁ፡፡ እንደገናም ወደኋላ ሄጄ ያለፍንበትን መንገድ እንድመለከት አዕምሮዬ ሞገተኝና ተጓዝኩ — የህሊና ጉዞ፡፡

ጊዜዉ 1991 ዓ.ም. ነበር፡፡ የነበርኩት ጀርመን አገር በርሊን ከተማ ዉስጥ ነበር፤ በጊዜዉ የኦሮሞ ከተማ!! የወያኔ ሠራዊት ጎጃምን ተሻግሮ ወደ ኦሮሚያ ሲገሰግስ ተቃወምን፣ አወገዝን፤ ቀጥሎም ነቀምት መግባታቸዉን ሲለፍፉ የተቃዉሞ ሰልፍ አዘጋጀን፡፡ የተቃዉሞ ሰልፉ መነሻ ነቀምት ከመግባታቸዉ ጋር የሰጡት መግለጫ ነበር፡፡ መግለጫዉን እንደማስታዉሰዉ “ወተት ጠጣን ጮማ በላን” የሚል እና በዚህ መንገድ ተስተናገድን የሚል መግለጫ ነበር፡፡ ይሄ መግለጫ ወደፊት ለታቀደዉ ብዝበዛና ምዝበራ ሀ ሁ መሆኑን ስለተገነዘብን ነበር ተቃዉሞ ያዘጋጀነዉ፡፡ እናም በተቃዉሞዉ ሰልፍ ላይ የሚሰራጭ ወረቀት እንዲዘጋጅ ተወስኖ አንድ ጓደኛችን ወረቀቱን አዘጋጅቶ አመጣ፡፡ በጽሑፉ ዉስጥ የተቀመጠዉ ምሳሌያዊ መልዕክት ዛሬ ይህን እንድጽፍ አስገደደኝ፡፡

ምሳሌያዊዉ መልዕክት እንዲህ ይላል:- “አንድ በበረሃ የተጎሳቆለ እባብ በጠርሙስ ዉስጥ ያለ ወተት አይቶ ወተቱን ለመስረቅ ዙሪያዉን ተጓዘ፤ አልቻለም፡፡ እናም ጠርሙሱ ዉስጥ ገብቶ ለመጠጣት በዚያ በከሣ አካሉ በጠርሙሱ አፍ ወደ ጠርሙሱ ገባ፤ ወተቱን እየጠጣም ወፈረ፤ ከጠርሙሱ ለመዉጣት የገባበት የጠርሙስ አፍ ከዉፍረቱ የተነሣ አያስወጣዉም፡፡ እናም ሁለት አማራጭ ብቻ ቀረዉ፤ ወይ ወተቱን ተፍቶ መዉጣት ወይ ጠርሙሱ ዉስጥ መሞት፡፡” እናም ያ ጽሑፍ ወያኔ ወደ ኦሮሚያ ገባ፤ ምርጫዉ የዚያ እባብ ምርጫ ብቻ ይሆናል ይላል፡፡ ለወያኔ የያኔዉ መልዕክት ሳትጠራ ወደ ኦሮሚያ አትግባ፤ ኦሮሚያ የራሱ አባት አለዉ፤ ባለቤት አለዉ የሚል ነበር፡፡ ከገባህ ደግሞ ዕጣ ፈንታህ የእባቡ ዕጣ ፈንታ ነዉ፤ ወይ እዚያዉ ትቀበራለህ፣ ወይ በመጣህበት ሁኔታ ወደመጣህበት ትመለሳለህ የሚል ነበር፡፡

ከሃያ-አምስት ዓመት በኋላ ዛሬ የኦሮሞ ሕዝብ ተነስቷል፤ የኦማራ ሕዝብ ተነስቷል፡፡ ወያኔ በእነዚህ ሕዝቦች ተከቦአል፤ እባቡ በጠርሙሱ እንደተከበበዉ፡፡ ወተቱን ጠጥቶ እንደወፈረዉ እባብ ወያኔ ወፍሯል፤ ሀብት ዘርፎአል፣ ተንጠባሯል፡፡ እናም እንደእባቡ ሁሉ ጠርሙሱን ለመስበር ይንፈራገጣል፡፡ ጠርሙሱ ግን አይሰበርም፤ የተጠናከረ የተባበረ ሕዝባዊ ኃይል ነዉና፡፡ ጠርሙሱን የከበቡት የኦሮሞ የአማራና የሌሎች ህዝቦች የነፃነት ሃይሎች ኢሳት አቀጣጥለዋል …. ጠርሙሱም እየጋለ ነው ፤ የወያኔ ምርጫ እንግዲህ እንደ እባቡ ሁሉ የበላዉን ተፍቶ፣ የዘረፈዉን ትቶ መዉጣት፤ አለያም እንደበላ እንደወፈረ መቃጠልና መሞት ነዉ፡፡ መዉጫ ቀዳዳ የለም፡፡ በህፃናት ደም ተጨማልቆ፣ በእናቶች ደም ተጨማልቆ፣ በከበሩ አዛዉንቶች ደም ተጨማልቆ የደም ካሣ ሣይከፍሉ ወዴት ይኬዳል? ይዋል ይደር እንጂ የእባቡ ምሳሌ ጊዜዉ ደረሰ፤ ጠርሙሱም ከተሰባሪ ጠርሙስነት ወደ ብረት ጠርሙስነት ተሸጋገረ፤ እባቡም ተከበበ፡፡ እንደገናም ጊዜዉ ደረሰ፡፡

ኮሎኔል ደመቀ ዘውዱ ለምን ፍርድ ቤት አልቀረበም ?

በፍርሃት ውስጥ የተዋጠው የወያኔው መንግስት በአማራው ህዝብ ላይ ያለውን ጥርጣሬ እንደቀጠለ ውሎአል በዚህም ምክንያት ኮለኔሉን ወደ ፍርድ አልማቅረቡ ብዙዎቹንም አስቆጥቶአል። ለምን አልቀረበም የሚለውን የዜና ትንታኔ ሙሉቀን ተስፋው ከቦታው ያጠናቀረው አጭር ዘገባ ትንሽ ነገር የሚያጭር ሲሆን ፣ ወያኔ የጎንደር ህዝብን ሃያልነት እና አልበገሬነት እንደዚሁም የትግል ጦር ጃንደረባ እንደሆነ ስለሚያውቅ ብቻ ፍራቻውን ከመግለጽ ተቆጥቦ ከርሞአል ፣ ስለዚህ የህዝቡ አልገዛም ባይነት እና እንቢኝ መሬቴን አልነጠቅም የሚለው የጎንደር ህዝብ ትግል መጨረሻው የሃገሪቱን የትግል የነጻነት ጎራ ሊቀይስ ያሰበ ይመስላል ፣እንደዚህም ሆኖ የሁሉንም ህዝብ አንድነት በጋራ የሚጠይቅ እና በትግሉም አንድ ሆኖ አገር እና ህዝብን የማዳን ስራ ሊሰራ ይገባአዋል ብለው ብዙሃኑ ያምናሉ ።

በዚህም መሰረት በኦሮሞ ንቅናቄ ላይ ለሚመለከተው ሁሉ በጋራ የምንቀሳቀስ ሲሆን የኦሮሞ ተወላጆች ግን በግለኝነት የኦሮሞነትን ነጸብራቅ ይዘው የሚወጡ ከሆነ አላማ እና ሴራቸው ከወያኔ የማይተናነስ አገርን የማጥፋት ስራ ስለሆነ ከዚህ ተቆጥበው ትግሉን በጋራ አንድ በመሆን ፣ለአንድቷ ሃገራችን መታገል ይገባናል ሲሉ የጎንደር ህዝብ ጥያቄ አቅርበዋል ።

ኦነጋዊ ስርአትም ሆነ ወያኔአዊ ስርአት ሳይሆን ኢትዮጵያዊነት ስርአት መገንባት ይኖርብናል።

በጎንደር የዐማራ ተጋድሎው ቀጥሏል፤ የኮሎኔሉ ፍርድ ቤት አለመቅረብ መነሻ ምክንያት ሆኗል
• ሁሉም የኮሜቴው አባላት ለነሐሴ 4 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ቀጠሮ ተሰጧቸዋል

• ፖሊስ አስለቃሽ ጪስ እየተጠቀመ ነው

ኮሎኔል ደመቀ ዘውዱ ፍርድ ቤት ቀርበዋል በሚል በብዙ ሽዎች የሚቆጠሩ ዐማሮች በሰሜን ጎንደር ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ዛሬ ረፋዱ ላይ ተሰባሰቡ፡፡ ፍርድ ቤት ጉዳዩን ኮሎኔል ደመቀ ዘውዱ በሌሉበት ሊመለከተው መሆኑን ያወቁት የጎንደር ሕዝብ ፍርድ ቤቱ ሳይዘጋ ኮሎኔል ከሳሽ ካለውም ይከሰስ ከሌለውም በቶሎ ወደ ቤተሰቦቹ ይመለስ የሚል ጥያቄ በፍርድ ቤቱ አቅራቢያ ጩኸት በረከተ፡፡

የአድማ ብተና ፖሊስ የፍርድ ሒደቱትን ለመከታተል በመጣው የዐማራ ሕዝብ ላይ የኃይል ርምጃ መውሰድ ሲጀምር የወጣቶቹ ቁጣ ገነፈለ፡፡ የፍርድ ቤቱ መስኮቶች በድንጋይ ረጋገፉ፡፡ ወያኔ ሌቫ፤ ወልቃይት ዐማራ… ወዘተ የሚሉ የዐማራ ተጋድሎ ድምጾች በመለዋ የጎንደር ከተማ ከጫፍ ጫፍ ተስተጋባ፡፡ ጎንደር የሚገኘውን የወያኔ ደኅንነት ቢሮ አካባቢ የተጋድሎ ሠልፍ በረከተ፡፡ ፒያሳና መስቀል አደባባይ በአንድ ሳምንት ብቻ ሁለት ጊዜ ዐማሮች ጩኸታቸውን ማሰሚያ መድረክ ሆኑ፡፡

እስከዚህ ሰዓት ድረስ በሰው ሕይወት ላይ የደረሰ አደጋ ባይኖርም የአድማ ብተና ፖሊስ አስለቃሽ ጭስ ከመጠን በላይ በዐማሮች ላይ እየበተነ ነው፡፡ ከተጋድሎው ተሳታፊዎች መካከል አንድ ሰው ከፍተኛ አደጋ የደረሰ ቢሆንም አሁን ላይ በሙሉ ጤንነት መሆኑን ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡

ይህ በዚህ እንዳለ ፍርድ ቤቱ ለነሐሴ 4 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ኮሎኔል ደመቀ በሌሉበት ጉዳያቸውን እንዲታይ ወስኗል፡፡ ኮሎኔል ደመቀ ከማረሚያ ቤት ሆነው በቪዲዮ ኮንፈረንስ (ፕላስማ) ለፍርድ ቤቱ ከሳሽ ከቀረበባቸው ይከላከላሉ፤ ካልቀረበም ፍርድ ቤቱ ወሳኔ ይሰጣል የሚል መልስ ቢኖርም የጎንደር ከተማ ሕዝብ አሁንም ተቃውሞውን እያሰማ ነው፡፡

በተያያዘም በማእከላዊ ፍርድ ቤት ያሉት የታፈኑ የወልቃይት ጠገዴ ዐማራ ማንነት ኮሚቴ አስተባባሪዎችም ነሐሴ 4 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም ፍርድ ቤት ይቀርባሉ፡፡ አዲስ አበባ ማእከላዊ ታፍነው የሚገኙት የኮሜቴው አባለት አቶ አታላይ ዛፌ፣ አቶ ጌታቸው አደመ፣ መብራቱ ጌታሁን፣ አቶ አለነ ሻማ፣ አቶ አዲስ ሰረበ እና አቶ ነጋ ባንቲሁን ናቸው፡፡
አዳዲስ ነገሮችን በየሰዓቱ እናቀርባለን፡፡

አለም አቀፍ መገናኛ ብዙሃን በጎንደር የተካሄደውን ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ሽፋን ሰጡ

ኢሳት ዜና ፣ — በስልጣን ላይ ያለው ገዢው የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ከስልጣን እንዲወገድ የሚጠይቅ ከፍተኛ ህዝባዊ ተቃውሞ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ እሁድ በጎንደር ከተማ ተካሂዷል ሲሉ አለም አቀፍ መገናኛ ብዙሃን ሰኞ ዘገቡ። ቢቢሲ እና ኣዣንስ ፍራንስ ፕሬስ ሰልፉን ከዘገቡት ውስጥ ይጠቀሳሉ።

ነዋሪነታቸው በከተማዋ እና አካባቢዋ የሆነ በብዙ ሺዎች የሚቆጠር ህዝብ የተለያዩ መፈክሮችን በማስተጋባት በሃገሪቱ ኢፍትሃዊነት መንገሱን በተቃውሞ ሲያሰሙ መዋላቸውን አፍሪካ ኒውስ የተሰኘ መጽሄት አስነብቧል። 

ተገቢ ያልሆነ የሃብት ክፍፍል በሃገሪቱ መንገሱን እና የመንግስት አፈናና ቁጥጥር መባባሱን በቁጣ ሲገልጹ የዋሉት ሰልፈኞች ሰልፉ እንዳይካሄድ የተላለፈን ውሳኔ በመጣስ አደባባ መውጣታቸውን መጽሄዱ ሰልፈኞቹን ዋቢ በማድረግ በዘገባው አመልክቷል።

በመንግስት ላይ ያላቸውን የተለያዩ ተቃውሞዎች የገለጹት የጎንደር ከተማና አካባቢዋ ነዋሪዎች ለ25 አመት በስልጣን ላይ የቆየው የመንግስት ከስልጣን እንዲወገድ ጥያቄ ማቅረባቸውንም አለም አቀፍ ሚዲያዎች ዘግበዋል።

በአይነቱ የመጀመሪያው ነው የተባለው ይኸው የተቃውሞ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ግድያ በአስቸኳይ እንዲቆምና የአማራው ክልል ታሪካዊ የድንበር ወሰን እንዲከበር ጥያቄ ማቅረቡንም አዣንስ ፍራንስ ፕሬስ (AFP) ዘግቧል።

በጎንደር ከተማ ዕሁድ ሲካሄድ የዋለው ይኸው ህዝባዊ የተቃውሞ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ በክልሉና በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች ሲካሄድ የቆየን የተቃውሞ እንቅስቃሴ ተከትሎ መሆኑንም የዜና አውታሩ በዘገባው አስፍሯል።

የብሪታኒያው የማሰራጫ ኮርፖሬሽን (BBC) በብዙ ሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ የጎንደር ከተማ ነዋሪዎች ታይቶ በማይታወቅ መልኩ ከፍተኛ የተቃውሞ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ማካሄዳቸውን ባቀረበው ሰፊ ዘገባው አስነብቧል።

በክልሉ ከማንነት ጥያቄ ጋር በተያያዘ ተደጋጋሚ ተቃውሞዎች መካሄዳቸውን ያወሳው የዜና አውታሩ፣ በሰልፉ የታደሙ ሰዎች በኦሮሚያ ክልል ያሉ ተመሳሳይ ችግሮችንና በእስር ላይ ተዳርገው የሚገኙ የተለያዩ የማህበረሰብ ክፍል ተወካዮችን ጉዳት በማንሳት አጋርነታቸውን እንዲያሳዩ በቀረበው ሪፖርት አመልክቷል።

ኢንዲያን ኤክስፕረስ የተሰኘ የህንድ ጋዜጣ በበኩሉ በብዙ ሺ የሚቆጠሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን በሰሜን የአገሪቱ ክፍል ጎንደር ከተማ በአይነቱ ልዩና ታላቅ የሆነ ተቃውሞ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ማካሄዳቸውን ዘግቧል።

በተቃውሞ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ላይ የታደሙ ነዋሪዎች ከተለያዩ አጎራባች አካባቢዎች ያሉ በርካታ ሰዎች በእግርና በተሽከርካሪ በመሆን ከዋዜማው ጀምሮ ወደጎንደር ከተማ መግባት መጀመራቸውንንና የተቃውሞ ትዕይንቱን እንደተቀላቀሉ ከኢሳት ጋር ባደረጉት ቃለምልልስ አስረድተዋል።

“ወያኔ ከእንግዲህ አይገዛንም” ፣ “ወልቃይት አማራ ነው”፣ “በኦሮሚያ ክልል ያለው ግድያ ይቁም” ፣ “በመብታችን አንደራደርም” የሚሉ መፈክሮችን ሲያስተጋቡ የነበሩት ሰልፈኞች መንግስት በህዝቡ ላይ የሚያደርገውን አፈና እንዲያበቃ አሳስበዋል።

የመንግስት የጸጥታ ሃይሎች እሁድ ማለዳ በተለያዩ የከተማዋ ዋና ዋና ስፍራዎች ቀድመው በመገኘት የተቃውሞ ሰልፉን ለማደናቀፍ ጥረት ቢያደርጉም ህዝቡ አካባቢውን በሙሉ ተቆጣጥሮ መዋሉን እማኞች አክለው አስታውቀዋል።

በአማራነታችን እዬደረሰብን ያለው ግፍ አንገሽግሾን ወደ አደባባይ ወጥተን ድምፃችንን ያሰማንበትን ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ክልሉን አስተዳድራለሁ የሚለው ብአዴን የሰጠው መልስ ሚሊዬን አማሮችን አስቆጥቷል። የአማራ ህዝብ ሳይወክለው የአማራን ህዝብ እያስተዳደረ ያለው ብአዴን የትናንቱ ሰልፍ ምክንያት የመልካም አስተዳደር እና የልማት ጥያቄ ነው ሲል በአማራነት ጥያቄ ላይ ተሳልቋል።

የሰላማዊ ሰልፉ ዋና አላማ በወልቃይት ምድር ላይ በሕወሓት ማንአለብኝነት በአማራነታችን ላይ የተጫነብንን ትግራዊነት ማውገዝ እና አማራነታችን ማፅናት ነው። በተጨማሪም የአማራነት ማንነታቸውን ለማስከበር በሰላማዊ መንገድ እየታገሉ ያሉ የወልቃይት አማራ ማንነት ጠያቂ ኮሜቴዎቻችን ላይ ህወሓት ያካሄደችውን አፈና መቃወም ነበር የሰላማዊ ሰልፉ አላማ ። በአጠቃላይ የጎንደሩ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ የአማራ ህልውናን የተመለከተ ሰልፍ ነው።በሕወሓት እና በተቀጥላዎቿ አማካኝነት በአማራነታችን እዬደረሰብን ያለውን ተቆጥሮ የማያልቅ ግፍ ለመቃወም እና ለማውገዝ ያደረግነውን ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ አማራን አስተዳድራለሁ የሚለው ብአዴን የመልካም አስተዳደር ጥያቄ ነው ብሎ መሳለቁ ምን ያህል ለአማራ ህዝብ ባዳ እንደሆነ እና የህወሃት ቅርብ ዘመድ እንደሆነ በግልፅ አይተናል ። በመግለጫው ላይ አንድም ቦታ‪#‎ወልቃይት‬ የምትል ቃል አለመግለፁ ብአዴን መቼውንም የአማራን ህዝብ ጩኸት ሊሰማ የማይችል ድርጅት እንደሆነ በድጋሜ አስመስክሯል።

ስለሆነም ሕዝባችን ድምፁ እስኪሰማ ድረስ ትግሉን አጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል። የጎንደር አማራ ድጋሜ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ለመውጣት አስቧል። መላው አማራም ከጎኑ ይሰለፍ ። ሰላማዊ ሰልፉ በጎንደር ብቻ ሳይወሰን በተለያዩ የአማራ ከተሞች ላይ እንደሚካሄድ የታመነ ነው።

በጎንደር ተሰማርቶ የሚገኘዉ የመከላከያ ሰራዊት አባላት የልዩ ሐይልና የአካባቢ ሚሊሻ ባጠቃላይ ነገ የሚካሄደዉን የጎንደርን ሰልፍ ተነተርሶ የተሰጣቸዉን ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ የማክሸፍ ሴራ ያለማቀበላቸዉን የሚጠቁሙ መረጃዎች ደርሰዉናል።

·         ከየትኛዉም መንደሮች ወደ መሰብሰቢያ ቦታዉ የሚወስዱ መንገዶች በጸጥታ ሐይሎች እንዲዘጉ።

·         ሰልፉን ያስተባብራሉ ይመራሉ ይቀሰቅሳሉ የሚባሉ ግለሰቦች ከድርጊታቸዉ እንዲታቀቡ ማድረግ…… ትእዛዝ (( )) ይህ ሁኔታ የጸጥታ ሐይሎችን በመጠቀም ማስገደድንም ይጭምራል

·         የስረአቱን ቀንደኛ ደጋፊ ብአዴኖችን በመጠቀም ጥቆማዎችን አይነተኛ መሳሪያ አድርጎ ማባበያ (መደለያ) እና ማዘናጊያ እቅዶችን ማስፈጸም!!

እነዚህ ሁኔታዎች ሁሉ ገደል በገደል የሆኑበት የትግራዩ ነጻ አዉጪ ቡድን ሰሜን ጎንደር አይከል አካባቢ ያሰፈረዉን የአጋዚ ጦር ወደ ጎንደር እያስገባ ከመሆኑ በተጨማሪ በባሕር ዳር ስምሪት ላይ የነበረ የልዩ ሐይል ወደ ጎንደር እንዲንቀሳቀስ የተደረገ ሲሆን

….  በጎንደር የልዩ ሐይልና የአካባቢ ሚሊሻ እንዲሁም የመከላከያ ሰራዊት ምድቦች ማንም ይምጣ ማን ይህን ህዝብ ይንኩና እንተያያለን በማለት እርስ በእርሳቸዉ ተፋጠዉ ይገኛሉ።

የረሃብ አድማ ላይ ያሉት ብርሃኑ ተ/ያሬድ እና ዮናታን ተስፋዬ ፍርድ ቤት ቀረቡ

በቂሊንጦ የሚደርስባቸውን በደል በመቃወም ለ9 ቀን የረሃብ አድማ ያደረጉት እነ ብርሃኑ ተ/ያሬድ እና ዮናታን ተስፋዬ ትላንት ፍርድ ቤት ቀርበው ነበር። እነ ብርሃኑ (ብርሃኑ ተ/ያሬድ፣ እየሩስ ተስፋው፣ ፍቅረማርያም አስማማው እና ደሴ ካህሳይ) የቅጣት ማቅለያ እንዲያመጡ ነበር የተቀጠሩት።

የተሰጣቸው ቀጠሮ አጭር ስለነበረ እና የእስር ቤቱ አስተደዳደር በሚያደርስባቸው በደል ከቤተሰብ ጋር ባለመገናኘታቸው ማቅለያው ሊደርስላቸው እንዳልቻለ ተናግረዋል። በተጨማሪም አራተኛ ተከሳሽ ደሴ ካህሳይ ቤተሰቦቹ ሩቅ ሃገር በመሆናቸው ከነሱ ጋር ተነጋግሮ ማቅለያ ለማስገባት ጊዜ ስለሚፈልግ ረጅም ቀጠሮ እንዲሰጣቸው ቢጠይቁም ዳኛዋ የተሰጣችሁ ጊዜ በቂ ነው በማለት ከሃምሌ 29 በፊት በቢሮ ማቅለያዎቻቸውን እንዲያስገቡ እና ሃምሌ 29,2008 ፍርድ ለመስጠት ቀጠሮ ሰጥታለች። አቃቢ ህግ የቅጣት አስተያየቱን (ማክበጃ) አስገብቷል።

ብርሃኑ በረሃብ አድማው ምክንያት በመድከሙ ይሰጠው የነበረው ጉልኮስ ጠዋት ወደ ፍርድ ቤት ሲመጣ ነው የተነቀለለት። በዚህም ምክንያት ችሎት ውስጥ መቆም ባለመቻሉ ቁጭ ብሎ ነው የተከታተለው። ዮናታንም በተመሳሳይ ምክንያት ችሎት ውስጥ መቆም አልቻለም ነበር። ዮናታን ተቀጥሮ የነበረው የአቃቤ ህግን የደረጃ ምስክሮች ለመስማት የነበረ ቢሆንም የደረጃ ምስክሮቹ የሚሰጡትን ምስክርነት ዮናታን የሚክደው ስላልሆነ ምስክርነታቸው መሰማቱ ውድቅ ተደርጎ ለሃምሌ 28, 2008 ይከላከል ወይም አይከላከል የሚል ብይን ለመስጠት ቀጠሮ ተሰጥቷል።

The poverty-bad governance conundrum simmering conflicts in Ethiopia

Ethiopia is praised for a booming economic growth over the last decade in consonance with the Africa rising mantra. Indeed, the Ethiopian economy registered consistently over 10% growth for over a decade. The structure of the economy is also changing from a predominantly agrarian economy. The service and industrial sectors are expanding fast. Other sectors such as education and health have also shown tremendous improvement albeit with their own shortcomings. Infrastructural developments in the water, power, road and rail sectors are becoming worthy examples for the rest of the developing world.

Further, Ethiopia has strong diplomatic ties with the east and west. Its positive contribution to peace and security in Africa and particularly in the eastern Africa Region is well recognized.

However, the level of poverty and bad governance in the country is still frightening despite reports of a small dent the economic growth has caused to the level of the large percentage of people living below the poverty line. These vices are feeding into each other making the country remain impoverished.

The recent events unfolding in Ethiopia are proving this point more than ever. Ethiopia is in the news this time around for the wrong reason: drought, hunger and violent conflicts.

In terms of drought, the number of people needing food aid and humanitarian assistance is increasing exponentially from time to time with close to 20 million citizens badly in need of help. Of these, over 6 million are children according to VOA report of 2 May 2016.

The drought is reported to be the worst of its kind in the last half century. To one’s consternation, the Government does not seem to know the extent of the drought; every month or two, we hear that the number of affected people and amount of request for humanitarian support has been revised upwards. Ethiopia seems not to have taken good lesson from the past similar droughts. It is business as usual for the Government in Addis, which leads Africa’s second most populous nation of close to 100 million.

Whitney McFerron and Frank Jomo of Bloomberg news wrote on 22 March 2016 that the Ethiopian Government “has appealed for $1.4 billion from international donors” in the form of humanitarian assistance. This is over 12% of the country’s annual budget for 2016. Taken by surprise, the Government exhausted its domestic food reserve immediately and started importing wheat and maize in a frantic manner. What is surprising is that this is happening immediately after Ethiopia declared itself food secure about three years ago. Even the dust from that declaration has not settled well.

Unfortunately, the drought and hunger occurred at a time immediately after the discourse on bad governance started heating. The extent of bad governance in the country has reached an uncontrollable level as often admitted by the Government. This becomes further complicated by the depth and breadth of abject poverty. This vicious connection between poverty, bad governance and lack of will to listen to the people led to several violent conflicts all over the country.

Bad governance is fueling questions of identity to be raised overtly or covertly. There is a wide protest in Oromia Region (including by elementary school pupils), the largest and most populous Region, with the pretext of an Addis Ababa Integrated Master Plan for developing the surrounding towns. It resulted in wanton deaths and destructions. The Plan, however, got withdrawn later. The Kimant people in Amhara Region are demanding for autonomy, which led to deadly confrontations with the security apparatus. There is a simmering grievance, since many years back, on issues of identity in the Southern Nations, Nationalities and People’s Region where more than about 45 minority ethnic groups are lumped together as one Region. The main ethnic groups in the Region like the Gurage and Sidama have been murmuring about this for decades. It is difficult o think this will not go the Kimants way. A clear evidence to this is the ongoing protest taking place in the north of the country particularly in and around Gondar resulting in several deaths including about a dozen police officers.

The situation in the country is worrying. In April, it is reported that over 200 Nuers were killed by militia groups (cattle-rustlers) from South Sudan in Gambella Region. To make things worse, these militia groups kidnapped over 100 children and took away over 2,000 heads of cattle. This is baffling to the Nuers and others in Ethiopia. It is also reported that subsequent to the Nuer attack, tribal clashes resulted in dozens of highlanders killed in Gambella. These are being taken, and rightly so, as weaknesses of the Government to provide basic security to citizens.

It appears, nonetheless, that the Government’s willingness to listen to public complaints is still at its lowest. While all of these discontents are raging, it attempted to introduce new penalty system for traffic offenders (taxi drivers) in Addis Ababa last February resulting in another frightening confrontation. When the protests got worse, the Government subdued and suspended implementation of the new regulations. Though this giving-in could be taken as a positive development, given the stubborn nature of the Government, it shows a lack of coordination and weakness to properly understand the situation in the country. This is bolstered by what happened in the aftermath of the Oromia protests: the Federal Government and the Regional Government were giving different explanations and solutions to the problem. There was manifest deficiency in coordination. These are just anecdotes of the troubles simmering in the country.

As an aspect of bad governance, corruption is making unscrupulous bureaucrats and businessmen millionaires from nothing. Flawed policies, including loose ethnic federal arrangement, are adding salt to the injury. These policies, though professed to be pro-poor, are advancing the interests of few cronies and party affiliates. As Jacey Fortin writes in The Africa Report of 9 March 2015 about “Addis Millionaires Club”, the number of dollar millionaires in Ethiopia is on the rise quickly while the the number of people getting poorer is also on the rise. This contradiction and disparity, caused by cronyism, nepotism and rent-seeking politicians and businesses is strangling the country impeding and frustrating free and fair competition.

The number of grand corruptions being exposed is shocking the public conscience, with a good case in point being that of the former minister in charge of national revenue and customs and his aides and staff in 2013. That fear is compounded by the fact that corruptions are only exposed when there is political fallout.

The state of bad governance in the country is exacerbated by the unfettered ethnic political formations that are operating under a Front, the Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF). This loose ethnic political formation is making difficult for the center to pull together. The different parties forming the Front are kings unto their respective Regions and are pulling the country apart. This is making control of corruption and bad governance extremely difficult and is creating more conflict than it resolves. This is being taken advantage of by irredentist movements, terrorists and others who wish to either overthrow the Government or create havoc in the country. Bad governance is mainly responsible for the several conflicts manifested in recent months allover the country.

As noted above, all of these are exacerbated by the prevailing poverty and food insecurity problem. The dissatisfaction and disgruntlement is rising and people need to vent their anger. However, the Government is not positive to comments ad criticism. Those who wish to oppose have to choose to trade expressing their opinion with loss of their freedom and liberty guaranteed in the constitution. Although the country is party to several international human rights conventions and covenants, they are manifestly disregarded by the regime. This adds salt to injury as it exacerbates bad governance.

Human rights defenders have reported time and again that citizens are being persecuted for having a different opinion an stand to that of the Government. Obviously, not everyone can be expected to defend the Government line. This divisive thinking that “if you are not with us, you are against us” is a recipe for disaster. Criticisms and opposing voices need to be nurtured. The Constitution is very clear about fundamental human rights and freedoms including freedom of expression. Respecting it is not an option. It’s mandatory.

Thus, there is need for the country to embrace democracy to effectively fight poverty and bad governance. It’s usually professed by the regime that democracy is an existential issue for Ethiopia, but it is not practiced. The country has become practically a one-party state. In the last national election in May 2015, the ruling party won 100% of votes raising several questions: why do we have all these protests and conflicts in the country ranging from opposition to development projects to implementation of government policies to identity issues etc in a space for a few months? After a quarter-century in power, it is clear that the policies are not serving the country well. It’s time to walk the talk and introduce improvements, even if that means amending the Constitution. There is need to fundamentally rethink the process of democratization in Ethiopia.

If the Government does not become responsive to such critical issues, the little development witnessed over the last few years seems to be at risk. The situation is bleak. There is need for democratization, good governance, taming the ethnic agenda and dismantling corruption. With elementary school pupils taking part in protests and being killed in public by security forces, the writing is on the wall: “prevention is better than cure”.

በወልቃይት የአማራ ማንነት ላይ ያነጣጠረውን የህወሓት ጥቃት ለመቃዎም እሁድ ሃምሌ 24 2008 ዓ.ም በጎንደር ከተማ ታላቅ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ይካሄዳል ። በጎንደር እና አካባቢዋ ያለ ማንኛውም የአማራ ተወላጅ እና የአማራ ህዝብ ወዳጅ ይህን ሰላማዊ ሰለፍ እንዲቀላቀል ጥሪ ተላልፏል ። ህፃን፣አዛውንት ፣ ወጣት ፣ ሴት ፣ወንድ… ሳይል ሁሉም አማራ በአንድ ላይ ስለ አማራነቱ  ድምፁን ለማሰማት ወደ አደባባይ እንዲወጣ የሰልፉ አዘጋጆች መልዕክታቸውን አስተላልፈዋል። የሰልፉ አስተባባሪዎች አያይዘውም ይህን ሰልፍ የሚመራው እና የሚያስተባብረው ሰፊው የአማራ ህዝብ እንደሆነ ገልፀዋል።

ሰልፉ ፍፁም ጨዋነትን እና ዲሞክራሲያዊ መብቶችን መሰረት ያደረገ መሆን እንዳለበት የሰልፉ አስተባባሪዎች ለአማራ ህዝብ ጥሪያቸውን አስተላልፈዋል። ህግ አስከባሪዎች  ለሰላማዊ ሰልፉ የደህንነት ጥበቃ እንዲያደርጉም ጥሪ ተላልፎላቸዋል ።

ሕወሃት በወልቃይት ተወላጆች ላይ ያደረሰው ግፍና ጭፍጨፋ በዓይን ምስክር እንዲህ ነበር የተገለጸው

ወልቃይት በጉልበት ወደ ትግራይ ክልል ሢከለል ለምን ይሆናል ያሉና የተቃወሙ ወጣቶች ላይ የደረሠውን ግፍ አንድ ወታደር እንደሚከተለው ተናግሮ ነበር።በመጀመሪያ ወጣቶቹ ከወልቃይት ተጭነው ወደ ትግራይ ተወሠዱ። ከዚያም እጅና እግራቸው ታጥፎ ተሠበረ። በዚህ ሁኔታ ለሀምሣ ቀናት እራቁታቸውን አንድ ቤት ውሥጥ ተዘግቶባቸው በቀን አንድ ዳቦ ከብዙ ዱላ ጋር እየተሠጣቸው እንዲቆዩ ተደረገ።ሀምሣ ቀን ሙሉ ከዚያ ቤት አልወጡም።

በሀምሣኛው ቀን አንድ የጭነት መኪና መጣና ወጣቶቹ ተዘግተውበት የነበረው ቤት ተከፈተ።በወቅቱ በአካባቢው የነበረውን ሽታ በቃላት ለመግለጽ አዳጋች ነው። ወጣቶቹ በጣም ከመክሣታቸው የተነሣ ወታደሮቹ በአንድ እጃቸው ጸጉራቸውን አንጠልጥለው ወደ መኪናው ይወረውሯቸው ነበር። አንደኛውን ወጣት ጸጉሩን ይዞ ሢወረውረው ጸጉሩ ተነቅሎ ወደቀ። ያንን ሥመለከት ሠው ሆኘ መፈጠሬን ጠላሁት። ወጣቶቹን ጭኖ የሄደው መኪና ማታ አካባቢ ባዶውን ተመለሠ።

ወጣቶቹን እንደገደሏቸው ባውቅም ከዚያ ሁሉ ሥቃይ መሞት እንደሚሻላቸው በመረዳቴ ደሥ አለኝ። ቢሆንም ግን ይህ ድርጊት በአእምሮየ እየተመላለሠ ሥለረበሸኝ ከሥራየ ልለቅ ችያለሁ።በወቅቱ ይህ ሁሉ የሚፈጸመው በትግራይ ክልል ፕሬዘዳንት በገብሩ አሥራት ቀጥተኛ ትእዛዝ ነበር።
